The Llano Estacado Art Association is formed exclusively for educational and charitable purposes to promote and advance creativity in fine arts and crafts in Hobbs, New Mexico, and surrounding areas by means of exhibitions, programs, workshops, lectures, and to elevate the level of art appreciation.
